My name is Sophia and I am 8 years old.
I started making flower pens because the pens at my mom's office were always disappearing. Now everyone knows exactly where their pens are!
I am using flower pens to learn how to run a business. I paid my mom back for my business loan and now I pay for all of my materials from my profits. I have my first business cards now and I will be opening my first savings account soon. With the money that I earn I use some as my offering at church, I save some for a rainy day and I spend some on whatever my mom and I agree on.
Right now I am saving for my special birthday dress, my mom's birthday present and my trip to Italy in November.
I like selling my pens and I've learned that some people will say 'no, thank you' and some people will buy lots of them. Either way, I smile and say THANK YOU! (I learned that from selling Girl Scout Cookies)
